Design in a Day

Design in a Day (DIAD) is a quick and affordable styling sampler that optimises your space with a clear design vision. This service is best for those looking to refresh a targeted area of their home or to sample our services before committing to a full makeover.

$900 for six hours of interior styling, including design planning, conceptualisation, and execution. Please note the $900 does not include any products, and all products recommended in the DIAD package (soft furnishings, accessories, and furniture) are sourced only from Arete Culture. This project also includes a complimentary 5-6 hours of consultation on customising furniture from Arete Culture, if necessary.

The Process

Email our team with images of your space and your requirements. You may also make an appointment at our showrooms for an in-person consultation. Please bring along images.
After payment of a non-refundable service fee of $900, our stylists will put together a rough estimate for the makeover. This includes: recommended wall treatments (wallpaper or paint), customisation of bespoke furniture from Arete Culture (if any), and a selection of soft furnishings from Arete Culture to complete the look.
We will then head to your home for site measurements. We will also review the estimate with you and explain the plan of action.
After you have approved the estimate, we will meet at the showroom for you to review and approve all selected pieces from Arete Culture.
All pieces will be transported to your home on installation day. Sit back and allow our stylists to do their magic.
